BASED ON THE JUNGIAN APPROACH
Initiative for the Development of Leadership and Psychological Resilience in Ukraine
A cultural, educational, and methodological platform that shapes the professional space of Jungian coaching. For leaders, organizations, and communities in the context of crisis and recovery.
About the Initiative
Jungian Leadership & Human Resilience Initiative (Ukraine) is a cultural, educational, and methodological platform aimed at establishing Jungian coaching as a separate professional field in working with leaders, organizations, and social systems.
The initiative operates at the intersection of depth psychology, leadership identity, and organizational development, responding to the challenges of crisis, transformation, and recovery.
Three components of the initiative

METHODOLOGY
Translation and publication of the first Ukrainian professional manual, The Professional Practice of Jungian Coaching, which lays the methodological and ethical foundation for Jungian coaching in the Ukrainian professional field

PRACTICE
The Human Resilience in Leadership (Ukraine) program for executives and management teams is aimed at developing psychological resilience, leadership identity, and organizational culture in times of crisis, change, and recovery.

CULTURE
Public and closed formats of Jungian Leadership Dialogue as a space for strategic, in-depth, and cross-sector dialogue on power, responsibility, meaning, and leadership culture.
Together, these levels form an ecosystem in which knowledge is transformed into practice, practice into culture, and culture into a stable professional field for the development of leadership and psychological resilience.
Why This is Important Now
Ukraine is experiencing a period of war, systemic tension, and profound rethinking of the role of leadership, organizations, and human capital. In this reality, psychological resilience is no longer just an individual quality it has become the basis for management decisions, organizational culture, and trust within teams.

In this Context, the Initiative Responds to Key Challenges of Modern Leadership:
-
Psychological resilience as a managerial skill
Developing psychological resilience in leaders and teams as an organizational ability to work under high stress, uncertainty, and responsibility without losing humanity, decision quality, and trust within teams.
-
Ukrainian experience in the international professional field
Integration of Ukrainian experience of war, recovery, and transformation as a separate analytical and leadership case study for the global community of Jungian coaches and consultants.
Creating an environment for deep reflection on power, responsibility, and meaning in governance in times of war, recovery, and long-term social change.
-
Ethical and methodological standards of leadership development
Forming a clear professional framework for coaching and leadership development in conflict and post-conflict realities, where working with power, influence, and vulnerability requires ethical responsibility and methodological precision.

The initiative combines analytical psychology, coaching, and organizational development, forming a professional language for working with stress, loss, shadow, and recovery in leadership roles.
Thus, the Ukrainian context becomes not only a field of recovery, but also a source of new professional knowledge for the international community in an era of global crises.
