In the event of technical difficulties accessing an online course or game, we undertake to resolve the issue or issue a refund.Individual coaching sessions are not eligible for refunds after they have been conducted.
2. Online Products
Returns are possible within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that the product is in good condition and complete.The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer, except in cases of defective or damaged goods.If the goods are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer must contact us within 3 days.
